Glandouille sniffer and Reflassometer

To fight against tiredness, nervousness, insomnia, relax, with the Rêvassomètre! And what could be more effective than the Glandouille Sniffer, in a company, to measure any suspicious drop in the volume of air circulated, directly depending on the functionalities?

Eric Geffroy, artist

Eric Geffroy, he's an artist. Being an artist, he's unique. And he's really unique ! From there, to describe him, you would need words that don't exist... He is indescribable !

Perhaps the best thing is to let him present his approach himself...

"Functionality was the key word for the advent of our industrial society. (…). By isolating "pieces" from their coherent sets and their contexts, I tend to suppress part of their "function" identities in order to refocus on their aesthetic qualities (shape, geometry, volume, tonality...). My approach then consists in reinventing technological coincidences, in composing architectures, in mass relationships, in dynamics, in an aesthetic interaction. The memory of each element is then inscribed in associations of fragmented, diverted functionalities... These re-creations shape new logical or illogical connections of the useful that seem to find a reason to exist in the link of light".

In short, if I wanted to sum up myself, I would say that it dismantles, that it dissociates, in order to give life and form to a new idea, to an imaginary. And it's beautiful, and, on top of that, it's a smile, and it's poetic?

Dating...

In his world, you will meet the "Fishnet Trumpet", the "Lawyer's Weigh-In", the "Bloodmeter", or the "Love Words Recycle", for example, without forgetting, of course, the "Bombloid" family, including, of course, the "Dubious Bombloid Special", among others.

If you are so unique, in your genre, you can always try to contact him, or to meet his dreams realized at the gallery "la Boîte Noire" in Tours.
