In a thousand pieces, the house is a freeloader

Decades...

For decades, a sweeper decorated his entire house with what he collected from the ground.

From the floor to the ceiling, everything went through it, including the furniture, the windows, and even the garden!

The least we can say is that the result is quite unusual! The house is now considered a work of art brut.

The house Picque-assiette, naive and poetic...

To visit it is a little bit like meeting the sweeper through his mind, who can be as naive as his work, but also poetic!

We imagine time, patience, but also the imagination that makes it possible, by finding a small piece of debris on the ground, to anticipate what we are going to do with it, to see by thinking its future destination, its location that will integrate it into the whole of the work.

This house makes us contemplatives....
