Eco-training to do it yourself
Eco-training defines itself as "practical workshops for more autonomy".
And, indeed, the internships offered all allow you to move towards autonomy by doing it yourself. And the themes are numerous, and unusual for some of them!
Factory of small leather goods, use of essential oils, making a natural vegetable garden, knowing how to make sourdough bread at home, making a decorative indoor plaster in clay, driving a family apiary, knowing and using the four seasons of wild plants, knowing how to make your own organic beer at home...
Vast programs, differentiated activities! Yes, these "eco-training" courses are indeed a little bit of everything, but... to do better!
Knowing how to brew your own organic beer at home
Among all these activities, there is one that seemed particularly unusual to us, that of learning to brew your own organic beer.
We imagine that it takes a lot of equipment, and that it is useless to start making it if it is simply to cover family needs... well, not at all!
The amateur brewing courses supervised by Jean Baptiste LECLERCQ aim to learn how to make your own beer with a minimum of investment. (Jean Baptiste LECLERCQ created in 2012 the Brasserie Artisanale de Bouchemaine where he produces organic beers "Belle de Maine").
So, an enriching experience, like all those of "Eco-training Pays de la Loire !
