Sleep or cook, why choose?

Unusual stays at the "Hirsute Boar

At first sight, "Le Sanglier Hirsute" is a rather heterogeneous group, composed, among other things, of refined, offbeat, precious, atypical, authentic, convivial, dissimilar, trendy, warm (choose your favorite adjectives!) guest rooms, a table d'hôte where we "cultivate the taste and garden the plate", the proposal of unusual stays, and culinary workshops out of the ordinary!
And then, when you stay, when you taste, when you put your hands in the flour, you realize that this "eco-culinary residence" is actually a very coherent whole, privileging the art of (re)living with refinement and natural simplicity!

The house and the workshops

The 19th century house has kept the spirit of the former café-restaurant, and offers, on the first floor, four rooms... for which you will find the qualifying adjectives above!

The workshops... I can't help quoting the chef: "Here, we don't play the big vegetables, but you shouldn't take us for chard for all that.... Cooking and baking with vegetables gives us even more energy when we share it. Here, the chefs' gratin has a lot of energy and not an ounce of green on its cheekbone, humor and not just a touch of zest.
You get the idea!
It is not a question of classically declining recipes for itself, but, in a good mood, of approaching new modes of consumption, of discovering new ways of cooking, of participating, of questioning oneself... The whole gives pride of place to a vegetal cuisine and pastry, to local seasonal products, while privileging the learning of innovative culinary practices...

Unusual stays

And if you add up the workshops, the table d'hôte, the rooms, or even the organized hikes, you get unusual stays, under the attentive and caring guidance of Valérie, whose CV is part gourmet directory, part atlas of (very) great houses, part culinary research manual, part international travel guide! She will tell you...
